The Whitney Museum, New York City is the leading institution of American art and culture of our time, and the world’s largest American Art museum with nearly half a million visitors per year. The Whitney's permanent collection comprises more than 19,000 paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, photographs, films, videos, and new media by more than 2,900 artists, including renowned holdings of 20th and 21st-century American art, arguably the finest such collection in the world.

The Whitney was looking to create a better online presence for connecting with its visitors and patrons all over the world. Additionally it wanted to improve its online ticket selling capabilities, and to create an improvement to how it sells entry tickets to special exhibitions including its biennial exhibitions, held every two years. Our people created an advanced, intelligent eCommerce platform, accessible while in line waiting outside, or at any time or place with a device and internet connection. Additionally we provided strategy, excellence in website design, development and user experience, database and content management capabilities, and online marketing support.
